Access.) is a clinical framework your team can run inside existing workflows: identify candidates early, open the living-donor conversation in a structured way, and connect patients to activation support before they settle onto the waitlist.

Proven in practice

Piloted at the University of Cincinnati transplant program, the I KAN approach engaged 239 transplant candidates, generated 41+ living-donor inquiries, and led to 8 living-donor kidney transplants.
